Terms and Cancellation Policy
Booking and confirmation
All appointments are confirmed by SAKIGA CLEANS before service. Prices shown online are starting rates for vehicles in average condition; final pricing is confirmed once the vehicle's size and condition are reviewed.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated same-day cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
Access requirements
You must provide a legal, safe place to park the vehicle with roughly one parking space of working room. Exterior services require a suitable driveway or parking pad.
Weather
Rain, extreme cold or otherwise unsafe conditions may require exterior services to be rescheduled. We will contact you and arrange the next suitable appointment at no penalty.
Results and limitations
We use professional methods to achieve the best result possible. Permanent staining, material damage, wear, burns, tears and deeply absorbed odours cannot always be fully removed. Pre-existing damage is noted before work begins.
Services not offered
SAKIGA CLEANS does not perform paint correction, polishing, clay-bar treatment, wax, sealant or ceramic coating, engine-bay cleaning, mould remediation or biohazard cleanup.
Personal items
Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. SAKIGA CLEANS is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
